At SRT we
operate only premium equipment. We have 100% late model
International's and Freightliner conventional condos and midroofs.
We have over 750 tractors, all of which are air-ride equipped, and each
truck is installed with QUALCOMM'S Omni-Tracks satellite
communications system, the PRE-PASS DOT automatic weigh system,
EZ-PASS to I system, and IN-CAB E-MAIL.
We aren't lacking under the hood either. Our
trucks are powered by 435-500 horse Detroit. Combine that with
EATON 10 Speed transmissions and Eaton rear-ends, and you get an
astonishing 1650 ft/lbs. of torque.
That means no more worrying about being able
to pull that next hill. Our newest trucks and all the trucks that
we are receiving, are engine brake equipped for added safety in the
mountains.
We have over 900 dry-van and refrigerated
trailers which are also air-ride equipped. Our trailers are chiefly
53 foot Wabash or Utility and our reefers are powered by Thermo
King and Carrier units.
